Coffee Cake

Coffee Cake
Ingredients

2 1/4 cup flour
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
Directions
Mix all together and take 3/4 cup out and set aside for the topping.
Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 1 tsp cinnamon to it for later use.
Add to the remaining batter:
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
Mix until smooth and pour into a greased 9×13 pan
Sprinkle the topping on top and bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
