Can I visit your winery for a tasting?

We do not have a tasting room open to the public. Sign up for our newsletter and we will let you know when we visit your town!

Do you provide tours of your winery?

We do not have a  vineyard open to the public. Sign up for our newsletter and we will let you know when we visit your town!

Do you offer any discounts or promotions for large orders?

We offer a 15% discount to our Club Members. But if you sign up for our newsletter, you’ll get a first-order treat and first dibs on all future promotions.

Can I request a sample before placing an order?

No, we don’t offer samples.

Do you offer limited-edition or seasonal wines?

Yes, our Invited Series Wines are limited production.

Are the wines you offer organic or sustainable?

Our wines are not certified organic. Our grapes are grown using sustainable practices and wines are vegan friendly. For our organically farmed or regneratively farmed wines check out our Invited Series.

Are your wines gluten-free, low sulfite?

Sulfites are a naturally occurring by product of fermentation to stabalize wine. Our wines are vegan-friendly and gluten free.

How do you demonstrate care for the environment?

Sustainability means enriching lives today and for future generations while minimizing our environmental impact. While reducing our environmental footprint is crucial, it’s just one aspect of our dedication to fostering care. All of our packaging, down to our screw cap is recyclable.

How do you work with your vineyard growers?

We build long-term relationships with growers based on trust and stability. Through fair contracts, we support their efforts to produce exceptional grapes sustainably.

How eco-friendly are your wine packaging materials?

Our packaging is functional and eco-friendly. We use recyclable glass bottles and 100% recyclable tin capsules for our California Series. We also prioritize natural cork closures, which are biodegradable, recyclable, and help absorb carbon, contributing to sustainability. Our icepacks are reusable and/or safe for disposal in household drains. For more information see Shipping and Returns

Do you ship to my state/country?

How long does shipping usually take?

We ship ground 5-7 days, 2 days, and overnight.

What are shipping costs?

Club Members get $30 flat rate shipping all year round.

Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking # will be emailed to you once your order ships.

What is the minimum age requirement to place an order?

21 years old or older.

Can I request specific delivery dates?

Once you receive your tracking # you can manage your delivery on the shipping carrier’s website.

What is required to receive my delivery?

An adult signature and proof of age is required for delivery.

What happens if I am not available to receive the package?

Carrier will attempt to deliver 3 times but the best practice is to manage your delivery online on the carrier’s website and request a delivery option. 

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Yes and no. Yes, If it hasn’t been picked for shipping. No, once your order ships.

Returns

What is the return policy if my wine is damaged, or I do not like it?

We will replace any damaged or spoiled wines. Returning wines for any other reason is not allowed by state law.

Wine Hints

What is the recommended serving temperature for my wine?

 Ideally, Reds between 62-68 degrees and Whites 49-55 degrees.

How long can I store wine?

Years if stored properly and unopened. Opened – one to five days.

Where is the best place to store wine?

 If you don’t have a wine fridge, store in a cool, dark closet away from extreme temperatures.

How long should I let a red wine breathe before serving?

If your wine has heavy tannins, 1-2 hours will reduce the intensity.

Wine Club/Loyalty Points

Do you have a wine club?

Yes, we have 4 wine clubs. Learn which one is right for you here.

Do you have a loyalty points program?

Yes! Create an account with us (it’s free!) and you get 2 points per dollar spent, you can use those points like cash. They are redeemable for up to 50% of your order’s value. Club members get 4 points for each dollar spent! (rewarded for buying wine? you bet!)

Can I give the gift of a wine club membership?

Yes, when you sign up, use the giftee’s information for the shipping address. Call us if you have any questions!

Are there any membership benefits or perks?

Gifts

Can I include a personalized message or gift note with my order?

Yes, there is a section on the checkout page to list gift messages. For a custom handwritten note, please email or call us!

Can I give the gift of a wine club membership?

Yes, when you sign up, list the giftee’s shipping address and you can include a gift message. Gift will last for 4 shipments.
