Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Angus beef
  • 4 T butter
  • Salt and Pepper to season
  • 4 slices Brie cheese
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 4 Slices of bacon
  • Fig Jam
  • Avocado Mayo
  • Brown Mustard
  • Fig Jam
  • Brioche Bun

Directions

Form Angus Beef into 4 burgers, inserting 1 T of butter inside each patty. Be careful not to overwork the meat. Create a dimple thumbprint area pressed down in the center, allowing for better cooking. Refrigerate the beef for 1-2 hours. Meanwhile, cook bacon and put it on the side. Heat grill to high and season patties with salt and pepper right before cooking. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side on medium heat to sear in the grease. Place Brie cheese slices on the hot burgers to melt. Prepare both sides of a toasted Brioche bun with Avocado mayo, brown mustard and fig jam. Place a warm burger on the bun and top with a handful of arugula and a couple slices of bacon.

Enjoy with our Signature Series Cabernet Sauvignon.
