Ingredients

  • ½-¾ lb. Ono filets or raw shrimp (deveined), cut into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1 T Kosher salt
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large tomato chopped, remove seeds
  • ½ orange or yellow bell pepper
  • 1 medium serrano pepper, seeds removed
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • garnish with avocado and radish

Directions

Rinse ono or shrimp and pat dry. Cut into pieces and mix with lemon/lime juice in a non-metallic bowl. Set in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Add onion, garlic, tomato, peppers, cilantro, and salt in a separate bowl and toss. Combine fish and veggies in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Add more lemon juice and salt if needed. Add garnish and serve with fresh homemade corn tortillas chips.
