While we want to ship your order as soon as possible, remember wine and extreme temperatures don’t mix! Standard Flat Rate Ground Shipping is not offered during the summer months to help maintain the quality of the wines. We use GSO (California only), UPS and FedEx. During the summer months (mid May to October) we use Flat Rate 1-2 Day shipping ONLY (with ICEPACK when needed).
Orders placed today will generally ship within 24-48 hours. Exceptions to this are orders traveling a long distance which will not reach their destination before the weekend. Those orders will be shipped out the following Monday. Weather and Holidays can delay shipping and maybe placed on hold.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine and an adult signature (21 or older) is required for wine delivery. Orders cannot be left on a doorstep. Undeliverable orders may be subject to redirent/reship charges.
The following table gives you the cost of shipping your wine within the contiguous US. We are happy to offer Flat Rate shipping where available. We are not able to ship to: AL, AR, CT, DE, HI, IN, LS, MS, NJ, OH, OK, RI, SC & UT. For more information, please contact us email@example.com

Shipping to your place of business increases the likelihood of delivery on the first attempt.
UPS and FedEx have Hold For Pickup options at their Customer Service Centers so your wine does not ride around on a hot truck all day.
Due to the perishable nature of wine, we ship according to the following policies to ensure your order reaches you in the best possible condition.
- Not all orders are shipped the same day they are placed. Most orders shipped within 24-48 hours.
- Our wines ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays only. Orders placed on Wednesday, or thereafter, will be shipped the following Monday (unless requested otherwise).
- All orders are subject to weather hold due to extreme hot or cold.
Sean Minor Wines will release orders when temperature is acceptable and customers will receive email notification when shipments are released. If you would like your order released regardless, email us and it can be arranged, although we advise against it (see below). Please be advised Sean Minor Wines will not replace any damaged wine as a result of overriding the weather hold.
ALL WINES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN CALIFORNIA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. WINES MAY BE SOLD ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. IN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. It is very important that there will be an adult (21 years or older) at the shipping address you provided to sign for the shipment as required by law. No shipments will be left without that signature so please consider shipping to a business address to minimize the possibility of missing the shipment.
Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs on missed deliveries. Also, we cannot ship to a US Postal Service Box.
RETURNS: Under California law, it is illegal to return wines once sold, except for defective wines, which may be returned for replacement within 30 days of purchase. ***10% RESTOCKING FEE AND NON-REFUND OF SHIPPING CHARGES FOR CANCELLED ORDERS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN CHARGED AND/OR SHIPPED.
