4 cups cubed seedless watermelon (frozen)
1 cup Sean Minor Sauvignon Blanc (chilled)
1 oz simple syrup
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 oz citrus liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
Mint for garnish
In a blender, puree until smooth the frozen watermelon, simple syrup, lime juice, Sauvignon Blanc, and citrus liqueur.
Pour into 4 chilled martini glasses and garnish each with a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
