1 2/3 cups all-purpose
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1Tbsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz)
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray loaf pan with Pam and lightly flour. Mix flour, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt.In a separate bowl, whisk pumpkin, butter and eggs. Incorporate pumpkin mixture into the flour. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake in over for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

1 stick butter
12 ounces cream cheese
1 ¼ sifted confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp clear vanilla

In a medium bowl, beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Add confectioner’s sugar and beat until smooth. Frost or use on the side.
