1 bottle of our California Series Pinot Noir
1/3 cup apple brandy
1 orange sliced
1 apple cubed
2-3 cinnamon sticks
4-5 whole star anise
Prep: 10 mins
1. Add apples and oranges to a pitcher and muddle with a spoon to release juices.
2. Add wine and brandy, stir to combine.
3. Add cinnamon sticks and star anise, stir to combine.
4. Serve over ice, add some fruit to glasses. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise.
