Red Sauce Ingredients:


2 T olive oil
1 yellow onion diced
3 cloves diced garlic
½ cup finely diced carrots
1 - 28 oz can Hunts Tomato Sauce (must be Hunts)
salt and pepper
2 ladles of hot pasta water 
1 T butter
1 T fresh parsley chopped
½ cup parmesan cheese grated

Directions:

Add olive oil, onion, garlic and carrots to a large skillet on medium heat. Cook until onions are clear. 

Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil then simmer about 5 mins. 

Stir in hot pasta water and butter. Season with salt and pepper. 

Serve hot over your favorite pasta. Garnish with parsley and parmesan on top.
