Still looking for the perfect wine for your Easter table? Look no further... Our 2010 Vin Gris of Pinot Noir - Carneros (limited production) is the perfect choice. Sean uses the classic saignée method to produce this delicious wine, allowing juice to remain in contact with the Pinot Noir fruit before it is “bled” from the tank prior to fermentation and inoculated on its own. The resulting wine is fermented dry developing its pink color, aromatics and bright fruit flavors (Sean's winemaker tasting notes). This Vin Gris is versatile with all kinds of foods and perfect on a sunny spring day! We even drink it around here...
